Cancellation Policy for day tour without accommodation: 
– Full refunds are available for cancellations made up to 24 hours in advance.
– Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will not be refunded.
– Any amendments must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
– Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Personal insurance & responsibility: 
Participation in RT Cambodia tours or activities requires every traveler to have travel insurance for the entire duration of the trip. The insurance must cover comprehensive medical and emergency evacuation.

RT Cambodia, given the nature of our tour styles and locations, does not hold our guides, drivers, or support staff accountable for any loss, injury, illness, damage, accident, fatality, delay or inconvenience experienced from the time of departure to the return.

Late Arrival: 
If you’re late for a tour or miss the pickup time, we’ll do our best to help you join the group, though there might be a small fee depending on the group’s location. If joining is not feasible, it will be considered a ‘no-show’, and a full cancellation fee will be charged.

Should you be late and decide to cancel, it will also be treated as a ‘no-show’, and no refund will be given.
